Hi

I am trying to generate a report with this requirement -

Generate a list of KB articles which are outdated and not in published state.

 

I have tried with direct filter and it is not working.

I have tried using the Script Include and logic is working with background script, but unable to add that script include return logic inside the filters, report source or dynamic filter options. 

 

If anyone has information, please send me the details..

You can create a report or data visualization in Platform Analytics as below,

 

Filter Conditions -> 'Valid to' before 'Today' and 'Workflow' is NOT 'Published'

You can go to more actions -> Schedule and send the report to Users/Groups/Email IDs in required format
