Analytic Center - how to use it

Hi guys  are there any trainings for end users how to use Analytic Center? Im trying to look for some materials which could be understandable for non technical person  but can find only materials like release notes, which are not helping in creating dashboards. 

Is this module connected with HR Manager role?
