Anyone else using Knowledge Demand Insights?

I'm looking to share my experiences with Knowledge Demand Insights, and learn from others.

One specific question I have is with the configuration. The first step is to configure & train the solution definitions. For the clustering definition, it runs against kb_task_knowledge_coverage table. Initially this table is empty so the training won't run. I continued on, and found that the table got populated after I ran the [Knowledge Curation]: Generate Incident Clusters scheduled job. Is that the way it's supposed to work? Is the documentation not correct?

Also, does anyone have a more detailed explanation of the purpose of kb_task_knowledge_coverage? How is it generated? How is it used to find the knowledge gaps?

I never got it working. Clustering, etc requires like 10k records to work. I don't know who in their right mind would have 10k knowledge articles. Maybe I did something wrong. I abandoned Knowledge Demand Insights. If there was better documentation maybe I could have got it working. I really wanted to use it. 

 

I asked ServiceNow for a lab or something more descriptive and current, but they came back and said they aren't going to do that.
