Are CAS-PA and CIS-PA the same certification?

I am a Business Analyst, and I am planning to pursue the CAS-PA certification, as it aligns well with my role. However, when I search the ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide  (https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/journey/#/lessons/UjSJ4py-JsBK7ubRfOF...), I can only find information and guidelines for the CIS-PA certification.

Can someone please confirm whether CAS-PA and CIS-PA are the same or different certifications?

CAS-PA being the older name that was renamed to CIS-PA (Certified Implementation Specialist - Platform Analytics)

Hi, I got the answer. 

Certified Application Specialist - Performance Analytics (CAS-PA) is changed to Certified Implementation Specialist - Platform Analytics (CIS-PA)  (As part of the Washington Release).

Effective August 28th 2024, Certified Application Specialist - Performance Analytics (CAS-PA)  exam has been renamed to  CIS - Platform analytics
