Assessment Simulator Task 6: Create a Dashboard and Add a Visualizaiton

I have been working on micro-certification welcome to servicenow(xanadu ) version. I am unable to add the new reports to the dashboard.  Could someone please guide me these steps.

if you want to get help, please share with us what is the actual requirement and what you did, to get some idea. Without details it's to abstract to give you any meaningful response :(( I'm not enrolled to the class so I don't know what's expected to do and neither what you did...
