Australia Upgrade - Data Visualization - Name field "None".

Hi, We just completed out ServiceNow Upgrade with Australia, Now facing some issue in Data visualization part please refer the screen shot i am able to see Name- "None" after the upgrade. What should i Do in this case suggest me solution on this part.

It looks like the migration did not complete successfully, which is likely why the names are not displaying correctly.

You can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Repair the PAR plugin once and verify whether the issue is resolved.
  • Review the migration logs to check for any errors or failed records, then fix those issues and rerun the migration if necessary.

If the issue still persists after these steps, I recommend logging a support case with ServiceNow, as the migration process is supported by the ServiceNow Support team.

  • Repair plugin : Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Communities (ID: com.snc.pa.communities). 
  • Clear instance cache by typing cache.do in navigator and enter
  • Check now

This Plugin is not install in my instrance

I don’t think this plugin is needed at all. For our use case, we have already migrated the configuration, and this plugin does not appear to be installed or required.

It would be better to repair the OOTB plugin and verify the functionality again.
