Average time calculation from open to close using performance analytics

Hi All,

I am new to performance Analytics, I need to calculate the average time it took from open to close duration weekly.

I need to do this using performance analytics only.

Assuming that the table you are using has a duration, or business duration field that is working.

Use the Unit you want, this is for incident MTTR, so I'm using days

The aggregate is Average and field is Duration
