Morning all.
I've recently configured spotlight criteria for a Case Spotlight Group. When the schedule executes I can see in the job log that a number of records are matched against my criterion. However, the last number log messages are:
- 0 inserts into spotlight table
- 0 New scores activated
Does anyone know why this may be? Happy to provide further info.
