Avg time taken from when RITM was opened--RITM was moved to Approved stage

Hi,
I need to create a report on avg time taken (in days)for a request from when it was opened and when it has been moved to approved stage. 
Could anyone help me on this

Hi @suraksham 

 

Perfect - then it's easy.

 

  1. Capture stage time between created --> Approved backlog. This can be done by metric definition / OLA. 
  2. Create an indicator source in performance analytics
  3. Create an automated indicator to capture sum of time
  4. Create an automated indicator to capture count of time
  5. Create a formula indicator to do calculation
  6. Create a visualization to show in a dashboard
  7. Create a PA job to run the 2 automated indicators.
