Hi There,
This question will be probably easy to answer to most people here. I am quite fresh in service now.
I want to create a bar chart that will display all created incidents on given days, preferably last 5 working days, starting from yesterday.
The conditions available in the reporting section are limiting the display of tickets to ''last 2-5 days'' 2-3 weeks etc. I understand where this is coming from, the system also considers the time an incident was created on, but I want only report on a raw date. For example date 04/02/16 = 20 , 03/02/16 = 26 and so on.
Any ideas?

I think you're looking for a trend chart. You would set the trend field to opened on date.
How can I change the way the opened field is calculated for a report?

Hello Matt:
In the filter condition select: Created---------between---------Today----------and --------------Select from calendar icon a date of 5 days ago. You can choose to add any additional conditions like 'category' etc. Make sure you have lot of incidents created in the last five days.
