Breakdown widget following Dashboard Breakdown

Hi Team,
I had created 4 breakdown widgets and provided all of them as follow elements as 'True'.
Now 2 of them does follow the elements of Dashboard breakdown elements but other 2 doesn't.
I checked the indicator and breakdown mapping to make sure these are mapped. What am missing here?
Also, from which instance version did breakdown widgets respond to Dashboard breakdown elements?
I started working form Madrid and, in my memory, it wasn't allowed. I worked till Tokyo and I believe it wasn't allowed till then. Or am I terribly wrong?

You can only use 2 breakdowns on an indicator. It simply doesn't handle more.

Yes. But, if I have one breakdown applied in widget, say 'Priority' On all 4 breakdown widgets, I can select 'state' breakdown element in Dashboard Breakdown. right?
And it should update all 4 breakdown widget values. But it only updates values in 2 widgets. the other 2 widgets are not responding.
