Business Stakeholder accessing survey dashboards

Hi,

I have created a dashboard with multiple tabs.  One tab contains reports from our surveys.  Report is meant for higher management who only have stakeholder license.  They can view all the tabs/reports except the surveys where they get an ACL restriction.  Do not want to give them ITIL license.  Is there a simple way to grant access so they can view?

It's the ACL which is the best way.

Take a look at the ACL(s) that is blocking their access and modify accordingly. Based on this you will not give ITIL role, but only modify so business stakeholders can see the reports.

Please try to grant this role to your stackholders "survey_reader", this role does not contain ITIL role. Hope this helps you.
