We are looking at the new Business Stakeholder license for our user base and have activated the license in Dev. However when we provide the role to a general user, they can open up reports and dashboards but are not able to view data other than theirs. My understanding from the expansion of this new license type is that it should allow anyone assigned this role to be able to view/read records across the organization.
How can this be achieved?
