business_stakeholder role data access

Hello, we are using the business_stakeholder role for users in our environment who just need to view data for the most part, but we noticed in the reporting team that the folds with that role can not download reports, dashboards and list view data. Wanted to reach out and see what role is needed for them to be able to download data from reports and list views (do not want to give them ITIL access)

Can you give a bit more information as to what you mean by download the data...do you mean export?

You can create READ, report_on ACLs on resective tables to allow users with business_stakeholder role to read records, report_on data.

Thank you, I think the report_user will probably work, going to reach out to our sys admins to see if they can add the role to the stakeholders group.

yes it did, we created a group that has report_user role and if a business_stakeholder needs to create reports we add them to that group and they are able to create and save reports
