Average time from being assigned to a member of a group to resolved

Hi,

 

We have a requirement to report on the average time taken for an incident to go from being assigned to a member of a team and being resolved.

We do not want to include the time the incident is assigned to other teams such as the service desk, or the time the incident is assigned to a group but not an individual. We want the average time the resolver took to resolve the incident.

Can this be achieved with platform analytics?

Really I'm interested in the time between last assigned to until resolution. DO you think this is possible?
