calculate the median and standard deviation of resolved time of incident by manager

Hi Team,
Please help me to understand on how to achieve this requirement using Platform analytics.

Requirement: Display median and standard deviation of resolution time of incidents resolved on last 7 days group by manager.

For Manager A

Inc1 -> 2 days
Inc2 -> 3 days
Inc3-> 5 days

For Manager -B
Inc1 -> 10 days
Inc2 -> 3 days
Inc3-> 9 days


I want output as below
Manager         Median                  std dev
Manager A     Median value      std value
Manager B     Median value      std value

I tried using automated indicators we have aggregations like count, sum, min, max but we don't have median, std dev
