Calculation from total of reports

I have a simple requirement to calculate First Call Resolution.  I would like to use a single value report or even a means on this report to calculate ((FCR eligible/Total Calls) *100).  How do I calculate totals off a report?  Also, I realize there is an OOTB option under KPI's tab but it doesn't give me the filtering I need.  Thanks in advance

The blue column is FCR Eligible.

The orange column is Total Calls

Hi @wstuckey ,

You can't do calculations through the report designer. You instead need to utilize performance analytics where a formula indicator will give you what you're looking for.
