I have 2 indicators that follow 2 breakdowns on 2 group fields. However on the dashboard, they only select 1 breakdown.
So Indicator 1 is mapped to Assignment Group
Indicator 2 is mapped to Support Group (custom field)
I am trying to create a formula indicator that shows a % of all closed tickets that have Assignment Group or Support Group as the same group. (But not the same in the individual record)
I seem to be able to use either breakdown individually, but not mapped to both fields.
