Dear Community,
I am configuring a formula indicator that combines one Automated Indicator and one Manual Indicator. Both indicators have two breakdowns defined.
The indicators are:
- Number of users accessing Server1 by quarter (Automated Indicator)
- Number of users accessing Server2 by quarter (Manual Indicator)
Each indicator includes the following breakdowns related to the servers:
- Access Type (HTTP / FTP)
- Maintained (Yes / No)
When I open Analytics Hub and filter the data using these breakdowns, I also see scores for other Access Type values, even though neither indicator contains scores for those access types.
The incorrect scores always appear as a fixed value equal to the total value of the Manual Indicator.
I managed to resolve the issue for the Automated Indicator by enabling the “Collect Breakdown Matrix” option. However, this option does not seem to be available for the Manual Indicator.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution for it?
