Hi,
Just getting into creating a whole load of reports for my company before we go live (with Helsinki) in a month or so and wondered if it was possible to group report output by a Date rather than the full DateTime stamp?
Thanks,
Russ

I think you should choose a time-series chart for example trend, or line.
Then you can select the trend by field, and choose set the "Per" field to Date, Month etc.

Hi Russ,
You can Group By any of the fields and even add additional Group By options.
Add an additional group by or stack by to a report
You can also use the Report Ranges field if you want to do something like 1-7 days, 8-14 days, etc.

Thanks for the reply Chuck - I did know about the Grouping operation, but if I group on the Opened date field for example, it includes the timestamp - which results in a group of 1 record for each date/timestamp
I want to group on just the date - can it be split out of the date/time stamp?
Cheers

That looks to have done the job Arnoud, or as near as possible anyway! 🙂
Thanks for your help,
Cheers
