can't configure colors in platform analytics

I'm trying to change colors on my dashboard elements in platform analytics, but I can't.

When I click on the down arrow on Colors, all I get is a spinning circle and it never clears and displays color options.
Earlier I found a KBA from ServiceNow that said that having an older version of the plugin could be the problem. We updated to the latest plugin but that didn't fix the issue.

Please report this issue to Support.

Please navigate to sys_report_color.LIST

check for records with color field as NULL / EMPTY/ Invalid hex code.

Removing those records will help resolve the issue.
