Can't share dashboard with user?

Hello,
I am not being able to share a dashboard with a specific user since their name is not appearing in the list. Is there any specific role related to views shared dashboards?

Check if user is active.
You might also want to check if he needs pa_viewer role.

User is both active and has pa_viewer. But the user has no name, does that have any impact?

It might be reason you cannot see him on the list. Add a name and try again.

Hi Jassu,
You can share a dashboard with all users if you have admin, pa_admin, or pa_power_user roles. If you don't have the mentioned roles you can share dashboard with your group members or users with same role.
