Can we allow external user (snc_external) to see analytics hub?

I have added performance analytics widget on the portal to show report to external user which they can see but i also want to allow the download option for them. When they click report, it redirects them to analytics hub. External users don't have access to that page.

It's not recommended to to provide access to external users.

As to access the page you need to give "pa_admin" role. Giving someone the pa_admin or pa_data_collector role is equivalent to giving them admin, from a security perspective.

Thanks for your input. We have a requirement to show some reports( contains customer's own data such as cases) on the portal. They also would like to export that to excel. Can you please propose any possible solution which will not require much customizations?

Hi I am trying to show dashboard/data visualization on the service portal for customers (snc_external) did you solve this? is there a way to show them? 

I found this https://www.servicenow.com/community/platform-analytics-forum/platform-analytics-dashboard-in-the-po... and tried it out and it embeds the dashboard on the portal perfectly, the problem is that only works for snc_internal, while impersonating any snc_external user it does not show.

I am asking around for you, but could you give a little more information? Is the instance domain separated? Do you want all customers to see all dashboards, only one customer to see one dashboard, or multiple customers to see some specific dashboards but only with their own data?
