I'm trying to subtract two dates, but Incident opened is not showing in Add Fields.
Table: SLA Breakdown by Assignment
Fields to be subtracted:
Task.Opened - this is Incident Opened date and time
Start - this is the start date and time of the Task SLA.
sys-created_on is the Date and Time of the Creation of the Task. What I need is for Task.Opened but dot is not allowed.
Is there a workaround? We need this in our report to get transfer duration from opening the ticket to sending it to a specific resolver group.
