Card type visualizations in Platform analytics

if we want to achive this card type visualization what type widget we have to pick from platform analytics. i could not see any visualizations other then single  score. and also adding YoY , MoM and WoW at a time ?

Not sure, but you could give it a try using a Trend type report. It might help achieve the result you're looking for.
