CEO Dashboard and CIO Dashboard Blank!

Have you used the plugins CEO Dashboard and CIO Dashboard?

I am having a problem with these plugins because even though I installed them, it doesn't work.

I have attached pictures of the pages.

I ran into this issue myself the other day. There is no admin override of access. Even if you use an 'admin' account you will not see the dashboards unless the account has the sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_admin or sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_user roles.

I ran into this issue myself the other day. There is no admin override of access. Even if you use an 'admin' account you will not see the dashboards unless the account has the sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_admin or sn_ciodashboard.ciodashboard_user roles. 

I just gave the CIO the user role.

However when I impersonate the CIO it shows up with a 403 error with message 403: You do not have permissions to access this page.

Try giving the role to your admin.

I echo this -- coming off K23, be sure to read the recently updated release notes and download the documentation from the innovation lab from the SN store for both the CEO and CIO dashboards.  The user guides and FAQs cover what you need to install, configure, and use.
