Hi Ankur,
If I understand it correctly, for Scheduled Email of Report, the date format for the excel/pdf file for the date fields will be based on the format that is set on the profile of the user on the Run as field? Is that correct?

yes that is how it should behave ideally; The date format is controlled by user preferences;
