Hi De Mitri,
I think you can achieve using this.
1) create a user which has role to execute report and execute schedule report i.e. report_admin role
2) for this user in his profile set date format to the one you want dd/MM/yyyy
3) there is a Run as field on scheduled report, set it with this user
Allow the report to run and check what are the values of date in the report
This solution has worked for me for csv, pdf file and it should work for xls file as well.
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

Not very sure how the behavior is for excel.
Seems it might be taking the system format YYYY-MM-DD
