We implemented updated indicators for Successful, Unsuccessful and Partially Successful changes because our process means that we can't have it looking for inactive changes that were closed today. After doing this, we reset the scores following the KB article called "How to reset Change Success Scores" and then re-ran the historic jobs.
Overnight, we noted that there are groups who's score dropped by several hundred points despite them not having any changes in the indicators that would result in a penalty.
I have a feeling that it's adjusted correctly but I can't explain why it's happened. Any one have any ideas?
