Choose a custom image button in dashboard Image options not visible in Zurich.

After the Zurich update the Choose a custom image button in the dashboard Image options is no longer visible for all users including admin. Thus, no users can add an image to a dashboard, not even an admin.

I have a PDI on Zurich and do not see this behavior. I am able to create a new Image and update the element as needed. However, the configuration displays differently from what you have. It is like Yokohama instead.

Have you checked Application Manager to see if there is an update for Platform Analytics? If there is try to update. There is also a Repair option for the application.

 

For these experiences that are more like UI Builder stuff, I have found that the browser console may show errors which I have ended up escalating to HI support on a few occasions. One of which resulted in a PRB being opened and projected to be fixed in the Australia release.
