Clustering definition solution is not getting trained

I have created a clustering solution definition after installing both the predictive intelligence plugins. But when I click on "Update and train" UI Action ML solutions are generated but in active false state and its showing "Configuration OR Network Error".Finally the solution says "Training is cancelled".

Hi Tiasha,

How many rows are you trying to train against (see below picture on for the filter).  The default max rows that you can use for training a cluster is 100k.

Also it's possible your training server is somehow pointing to the wrong data center.  Is the instance a personal developer instance (PDI) or a customer instance?  If it's a customer instance I would suggest you open a support case for them to take a look at the system properties to check if you are pointing to the correct training server URL.

I have the same issue with a personal developer instance. I tried a few different tables (one with about 1300 records and another with 100), and it just says "Configuration OR Network Error". 

Our main use case is getting related knowledge articles to the one a user is currently viewing.

Hi, I have a similar problem, getting the same errors. Is there any specific configuration I am not familiar with? How could I be able to use this feature?
