Combining Incident and SCTASK data (using 'Task [task]' table)--unable to show SCTASK 'Variable' data

I was able to find 'Variable+' under 'Request item [Catalog Task]+' and add the variables needed, but they will not display as columns under the report. I can add 'Request item [Catalog Task]+' into the report to display the associated RITM, but unable to show the 'Variable+' data.

Is this possible to do within the 'Task [task]' table?

Appreciate your response, but I do not believe that is pulling from the 'Task [task]' table -- which is needed to show incidents and sctasks on the same report.
