Combo Line & Bar Chart

Would like to create a combo bar & line chart, showing:

Bar1: Tickets Opened on day;

Bar2: Tickets Resolved on day;

Line: WIP (Running Total Tickets Open - Closed);

Is anything like this possible? I'm struggling to find how to plot more than one series in a single chart, and have also been unable to find a way to see WIP.

Hi @BenjiP ,

Yes, it is possible but only if you utilize performance analytics. The normal report designer can do opened and closed, as this is fixed timestamps. As there is no fixed timestamp for WIP tickets, then you need PA.

Could you explain how to achieve the dual bars/series on a single chart please? I'm new to the platform and can't see any options to add a second dataset in the UI.

We do have PA turned on in our environment so would also appreciate some guidance on the WIP line too.
