Mates ,
we have a requirement
Compliance Dashboard - We require the count for the Compliant and Non-complaint apps.
We are following 11 months cycle as per the review date. For example: If we are in November 2025 then from December 2024 till November 2025 if we see the review date of the apps mentioned in between these 11 months, then those apps will come under Compliance. Before December 2024, every apps will come under the non-compliant.
Suppose in Business application we have a application name
we need to count based on review date
any guidance , based on what conditions we can archive this requirement?
Much appreciated your help in this

Hi Mate,
This can be handled pretty cleanly by using the Review Date as the compliance driver and applying a rolling 11-month window.
In basic terms if were currently in November 2025:
Compliance window = December 2024 through November 2025
Any application whose Review Date falls within this window should be treated as Compliant
Any application with a Review Date before December 2024, or with no Review Date at all, should be treated as Non-Compliant
So the logic becomes:
Compliant → Review Date is within the last 11 months (inclusive of the current month)
Non-Compliant → Review Date is older than 11 months or is empty
From an implementation standpoint, you can achieve this in a few ways:
Use a dynamic date condition in reports or Performance Analytics (current month minus 11 months).
Optionally, calculate and store a Compliance Status field (Compliant / Non-Compliant) using a scheduled job, flow, or business rule to simplify dashboard counts.
This approacch keeps the logic straightforward works month over month without manual updates and gives you clean counts for the Compliance Dashboard.
Hope this helps mate!
