conveying Time in an Excel sheet import

Hello,
I can't seem to get the correct format for time (Hrs,min,sec) in my excel sheet to import in a service now report, I've tried every combination for time, it will not populate in the report, this what I current have
they only thing I've managed to get working is, for example the highlighted number above
if I use 1.32 (see below) that works in the report, But I'd really like to figure out how to display hours, minutes and seconds
Please let me know what I'm doing wrong

if your using "EASY IMPORT" aka your right clicking and importing - Please go to transform maps( if your using load data youll also would have set up the Transform map yourself) - you will find a transform map - go to date field thats not looking right- you can actually adjust how the date field is imported in...

Thank you so much for your response but I only have limited reporting rights to create reports and when selecting a table I am selecting external source, so I'm note sure if I have or know how to find what you mean, do you know if there is a video or step by step diagrams that I can look at?
