Hello, I have a situation where a store will have multiple tickets open for the same configuration item. I'm trying to count how many stores have at least 1 open ticket as opposed to counting all open tickets. Any ideas how to do this? I've tried a pivot table, but can't just get a count of rows to display. Thank you
