Hello community!
I'm trying to create a new interactive filter for my dashboard and the information it shows is all the data that my clients have uploaded to each company's portal. How can I generate a single information panel with a client filter and apply it to the different widgets?
Thank you so much!

Hi @tomas posternak ,
You need to map all the reports base table to the interactive filter for what you would like to filter on. If you can explain more specific what you have done and what is not working, it will be much easier to help you. Furthermore, you can read the documentation about interactive filters here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/concept/c_Homepage...

Hello Anders,
Thank you for your response, we were investigating those pages and the interactive filter does not detect what we are looking for... The example would be like this:
"We have 20 clients and the dashboard with an interactive filter of each client's name; when selecting only 1 client, the widgets do not follow the filter and show the total information."
Each widget has selected to follow the interactive filter but does not respect it.
I hope that with this example you understand what we are trying to generate, I await your response.
Thank you so much!
Sincerely,
Tomas

Hi @tomas posternak ,
Sure, I fully understand. Can you please share a snip of your interactive filter configuration together with snip(s) of the interactive filter references configuration? Based on this, it will be much easier for me to tell what is wrong.

Hi Anders, extending this subject, do we still to use interactive filter configuration on the new Platform Analytics Workspace?
Is that a way that you can have, lets say, 3 filters (Portfolio, Program and Project Level) and as soon as you select the Portfolio that you wish, the other filters will just bring just options to be selected that are under Portfolio? Like filtering a filter? Do I need to approach this using interactive filter on the New Platform Analytics Workspace? Thanks for any advise on this matter.
