Hello Community,

I would like to have a historical dashboard that shows every month the number  of Knowledge articles created (trend) per RAA (Risk Acceptance Agreement)

Example:

I would appreciate your assistance with the steps required to implement this using the platform analytics. I am currently unsure how to proceed and would be grateful for your guidance.

Hi @Ashwini Sawant2 ,

Dashbaord is a collection of reports and other widgets. First you need to create your reports, once reports are ready. Go to Dashbaord and add those reports in Dashbaord. Try it and let me know the feedback.

To create a historical dashboard in ServiceNow that shows monthly trends of articles created per category, you'll need to leverage Performance Analytics and Reports. First, create a new dashboard. Then, create a report. Finally, add this report as a widget to your dashboard.

Thank you for your quick response.  This is the report I need to refer and I have added this report in the newly created Dashboard.

Now how to proceed further?

Hi @Ashwini Sawant2 ,

My PDI is on Zurich and i am accessing Dashbaord from Platform Analytics - > Library -> Dashboard.

Check screenshot and see Right Footer side- It is a point from which you can drag and resize the reports.
