Creating a report on closed task in the last 30 days by tech

I am trying to create a report on a task by tech. When I set Active to "is false" I will get a large number that is consistent with the amount that should be closed. But if I add an "and" condition for is closed in the last 30 days, or any time frame really, I get 0 back. I have set it to before and I will get the same number but if I set it to after or between it will show 0. Can't figure out what I am doing wrong here.

Using the Relative condition is one that can be very valuable.

I am not clear on the details of what you are attempting, hopefully, this will help you move in the right direction.

Instead of taking Active is false , just take the condition Resolved/Closed on Last 30/60 Days.
