I have a Column time series element on a dashboard in Platform Analytics. I am graphing the date records are closed where the Trend is set to "Fiscal Year by Closed".
The chart has 2 different fiscal years on it but they are both labeled FY26. Our FY starts on October 1 and all of the records in the rightmost column (should be labeled FY27) were closed in October 2026. All of the records in the leftmost column were closed prior to October 1 and is also labeled FY26.
In 1 of our environments, we changed the System Property that control the Fiscal Year starting month to 10 and it made no difference. I also in the same environment created 3 Calendars for Packages (Fiscal Year, Fiscal Month, & Fiscal Quarter), in the scope of the tables involved in the dashboard/report I created.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
