Dashboard behavior in Self-Service‌

Hi everyone,

I would like to confirm the expected behavior of the Dashboard module under Self-Service.

When clicking Self-Service > Dashboard, is it expected that users are always redirected to the Platform Analytics Workspace page ? What is the mechanism behind this behavior?

Any clarification, documentation, or implementation details would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

OOB Behavior is as below

Self Service -> Dashboards will take you to the old PA Dashboards.

Platform Analytics -> Dashboard will bring you to the Platform analytics dashbaords. 

If needed , you can add a menu under self service to take users to platform analytics dashbaords.

Sorry, does your reply belongs to the behavior in version Zurich?
When I access Self Service -> Dashboards in version Australia, the system will redirect me to Platform analytics dashboard.
Do you have any information about it?

Yes, that is the expected behaviour, as the Home page has been deprecated. The dashboard will now take you directly to this page. @QuangTM34
