Dashboard Breakdowns: Selecting from multiple breakdowns

Hi, can anyone help me with how to enable selections from more than one breakdown at a time on a breakdown dashboard?

For example, my dashboard has 2 breakdowns: Assigned to and Assignment Group.

The dashboard only allows you to select from one breakdown at a time. If you select Assignment Group "This cool team" and then switch to the Assigned to breakdown and choose a name, the Assignment Group filter is forgotten and only the Assigned to filter is applied to the reporting.

I also set up a Breakdown Relation between these 2 breakdowns, but that only lets you choose an Assignment Group and then a member of that group from the Analytics Hub. 

I need the dashboard to let me select an Assignment group and then only display members of that group for me to select one like how it works from the Analytics Hub.

Anyone know how to get this to work?

You can only select one breakdown on a breakdown dashboard. To do what you want, you have to set the other breakdown on the widget. If you are using a breakdown widget, it will show all the elements for the second-level breakdown on that widget. For a time series widget, you have to hard code one specific element on the widget. There is, as far as I know, no way to have the user dynamically select the element for both 1st and 2nd level breakdowns in a widget on a dashboard.
