Dashboard Export PDF returns Blank Page

When I am  trying to use the Export to PDF functionality available on Dashboard properties (three horizontal bars) on a dashboard. When I clicked on the download button, the generated pdf is blank. 

The dashboard export pdf should contain the snapshots of the widgets on the dashboard but it is blank. 

I had gone thorough this article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0997488
but as a end user I don't have access to change to system property. Is there any fix for this issue. 

Someone help me out and thanks in advance.

hello @Rathan ,

i think you have to ask any person in your team who has admin access and only they can edit system properties and i feel setting the property is the only way to over come this 

i would suggest get in touch with any team member who has admin and get it done and then check the export functionality.

Hi

ask your System Administrator to follow the instructions from your mentioned support article. There is no other way to get the PDF export working.
