Hey,
I preconfigured two dashboards (one ITSM-related for the SOW and one asset-related for the Asset Workspace) using Platform Analytics and added them to the relevant workspaces with the UI Builder.
I’m running into the following issues:
ITSM Dashboard
Drilldowns on data visualizations work fine and open the data view within the workspace.
However, when I try to drill down on a KPI widget, it attempts to open in the SOW but shows the message: “The page you are looking for could not be found.”
Opening the same KPI in PA > Dashboards works flawlessly.
Asset Workspace
Here I only have data visualizations. When I try to drill down, I get the same error message as above.
If I switch the setting in UI Builder to “Drilldown to Core UI”, it does work — but it opens the data view in the Core UI, not in the workspace.
