Dashboard refresh

Hi,

I have created dashboard which has many reports, apart from single score widget no reports is auto refreshing, neither i found any option to do this. i want to know at what frequency dashboard gets refreshed and is there any option i can set for refreshing all the visualizations (reports) on dashboard.

Not able to find this widget under reports. do i need to add this on all pages (tabs) in dashboard.

Why do you need it to auto-refresh?  Generally, if you aren't looking at it, why do you need it to refresh?
