Hello, I working several reports with a pre-configured filter in it, but once I added into the dashboard, my filter does not show like the default My Group Work or My Work.
My report with filtered;
In the dashboard is like this;
How could I have the filter visible back?

Hi,
you can achieve this via creating a list filter:
1. Create list filter:
2. Choose "Filter", search for "Filter on Dashboard" and choose Incident table:
3. Choose the records (default view):
4. Add it to the dashboard:
5. Review the dashboard:

Hi Si Min,
If you are adding custom report on dashboard it will simply display result i.e report because after saving the report you are adding it to dashboard.Another way to add filter is to use interactive filter to a dashboard to filter reports on that dashboard.Follow below steps,
- Navigate to a dashboard.
- Click the add content icon (
)
- Select Interactive filters.
- Select the type of filter to add, such as Choice list or Reference.
- Select the filter you want to add.
- Click Add or drag the filter onto the dashboard.

Hi Priya Shid,
The method that you suggested is by using the interactive filter.
What I'm curious about is the filter used in the OOB My ITIL dashboard. If you notice the My Work or My Group Work, those items that being filtered are displayed.

Reports don't show the breadcrumbs, it just applies them. Are you just looking to understand why these don't show up? Are they showing the correct results?
If you are looking to modify the reports on the fly, you need to use interactive filters.

Hi Adam, yes. Why the reports don't show the breadcrumbs but it shows for My Group Work or My Work.
