Dashboard visibility issue in workspace

I have a platform analytics dashboard which is created in global domain and in different scope.
When i opened it from workspace it's behaving like this :
- The dashbaord is visible in the global domain and global scope but not in different domain
If i changed my domain from global to A, it's not visible, even though i am in global scope only
Any help would be appreciated

my thoughts
-> Domain separation controls PA dashboard visibility, not scope Link
-> Users in child domains CANNOT see parent domain dashboards unless specific conditions are met KB0755686
-> Parent domain users cannot access dashboards in subdomains
-> The dashboard must exist in the same domain as the user viewing it or in a parent domain with proper sharing
