I am creating a bar chart visualization of password reset / unlock account incidents. These incidents are spread across dozens of systems, so I have multiple data sources on Incidents where short description contains [system name].
Ideally I'd like to group the data by data source, so each bar reflects # of incidents related to a particular system. I hope ServiceNow introduces this capability, as there isn't any 1 field that is uniform for incidents related to any system. For example, incidents related to 1 system could have a couple subcategories selected, so there isn't any 1 uniform field within all these incidents.
I'm not looking for a solution, just want ServiceNow to enhance the group by feature.
