Date range issue in performance analytics dashboard

In PA - Scorecards, few of the reports reflects the future date. For example: "Number of open incidents" report shows the date range till 12th Jan'16. It should update on daily,

It is showing last updated on Jan 12, 2016 but the date is future date.

Please help to reset the date range in scorecard.Capture.PNG

Hi Karthick,



Kindly Navigate to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Indicator Sources.



Here you can search for your indicator--> Add Conditions that must be fulfilled before data is included in the subset. For example [Active] [is] [true] or [Created] [at or before] [date]. Date fields are often used in conditions for time stamping. Any records that match the conditions are shown immediately.

Hi Karthik,



you could use the "Scoresheet" to manually remove scores for certain days. Or delete all scores for the Indicator if you prefer.
