Survey Response rate

Hi All,

I Would like to know the survey response rate means how many surveys we have sent and how many responses we got . how to do this in single report. i can able to create the report for responses but i need count of rensponses and count of surveys. Thanks

I guess you will be having two fields for survey response rate and count of surveys, Try adding filter   condition .

Thanks for quick response.I have checked that , there aren't no fields which are capturing the Count of survey and responses .

Hi Ahamed,



with Performance Analytics I would create two Automated Indicators:


- Number of surveys sent


- Number of survey responses



Once you have set this up you can create a Formula Indicator where you use the two Automated Indicators to calculate the response rate.
